Our restaurant at Panorama Hotel Fontanella is in a big room on the ground floor and overlooks the wonderful Dolomites. Thanks to this typical dining room in the winter and to the panoramic terrace in the summer, you can enjoy our delicious cuisine in an authentic mountain atmosphere. You may also choose a continental breakfast, that includes both salty and sweet food.

We pay a lot of attention to the ingredients we use and only choose local products because we believe in our philosophy. You may also choose among our daily menus, à la carte, or vegetarian dishes and other dishes with local and national specialties created by our chef Orazio. Those of you who are intolerant to certain foods may ask for a special menu: we care that our clients are happy.
Our most famous dishes are: pastry with ragù and porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with crayfish, tortel di patate (potatoe dish), deer chops with redcurrant, grilled trout.  
Our wine list is also very much appreciated, selected and wide-ranging and includes a selection of Trentino wines along with wines from other regions of Italy. You may also enjoy some traditional cold cuts and cheeses after visiting the cheese factory they are produced in.

The restaurant is also open to those who are not hotel guests, although we advise you to book if you want to come for dinner. At request, we can also organize private or theme dinners.
